It has many features and can be programmed through the USB port of your computer with the included software. All the manuals are included as well as 3 KX-T7731 phones. There is also a Plantronics handset lifter on one of the phones. It is not permanently mounted and can be removed, if desired. A Plantronics wireless headset and charging base is also included, this allows you to answer a call with the wireless headset. The system also has the KX-TA62477-3. Card that adds 3 additional in coming lines and 8 extension lines for a total of 6 incoming lines and 16 extensions. I turned the system on with the phones hooked up to verify proper operation of the phones and main unit. On the wireless headset, it worked fine the last we used it and may need a new battery and ear piece. If you have any questions please ask.
