I still even though retired, have a few customers who request my sevices. I installed, seviced, and now removed this system. They have now a upgraded to VoIP. I have bench tested this ACS, no crackling or interference on any port, as well as set it back to default. Have also reset to default the V/M. I have bench tested “ALL” phones. I have refurbed all that I can, one exception, being retired, I no longer have any 18D series 2 paper desi labels. And do not have any 6 button labels. Sorry about that, but they are not hard to get new ones at your expense. All seen is included; 1 Avaya ACS R.
